Congress to Convene CWC Meeting to Analyze Election Results
The Congress party has scheduled a crucial meeting of its working committee on June 8 to delve into the outcomes of the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections. Led by party president Mallikarjun Kharge, the gathering aims to dissect the election results and strategize the party’s future course of action.
With an improved tally of 99 seats, up from 52 in the 2019 polls, Congress seeks to capitalize on its position as the second-largest party in the election. The meeting, to be held at the Congress headquarters, will witness the participation of top leaders including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, among others.
