The constable’s statement came in response to Ranaut’s comments about the farmers’ protest.
The BJP Mandi MP was reportedly on her way to Delhi to attend a meeting of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) when the incident occurred. Following the altercation, the CISF has suspended the constable, and an investigation is underway.
