Chief Secretary Commends ‘Viksit Andhra 2047’ Vision Document

During a review session at the Secretariat, Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary K.S. Jawahar Reddy commended the draft vision document crafted by the NITI Aayog on ‘Viksit Andhra 2047’. He stressed the imperative of collaborative efforts across sectors to realize comprehensive development goals in the state. Highlighting Andhra Pradesh’s advancements in green energy, primary sector growth, and revenue-based progress, he underscored its pivotal role as the ‘Rice Bowl of India’.

Additionally, he emphasized the state’s commitment to enhancing connectivity through major transport corridors and focused on coastal development, national highways, and airports. Jawahar Reddy expressed optimism regarding the state’s trajectory towards achieving holistic development aligned with national and international standards by 2047.
