Chhattisgarh Police Seize Over 364 Kg Drugs in Raipur
In a significant breakthrough against drug trafficking, Raipur police arrested a youth for allegedly trafficking cannabis in an ambulance and seized over 364 kilograms of psychotropic drug in Raipur. The interception occurred late at night when a police team flagged down a suspicious ambulance at the limits of Amanaka police station.
Upon inspection, a substantial quantity of cannabis was discovered. The estimated value of the seized contraband is approximately ₹36 lakh. The arrested individual, Suraj Khute (22), revealed during the investigation that he had procured the drugs from Odisha and transported them to Baloda Bazaar.
