Central Tribal University Advocates for Stability Amid Campus Relocation Concerns

Authorities of Central Tribal University in Andhra Pradesh have urged the state government to maintain the planned campus location in Dattirajeru-Mentada mandals, where construction is progressing as per Union guidelines. Currently operating with limited infrastructure at the old Andhra University campus in Vizianagaram, the University needs permanent buildings to expand its academic offerings.

Concerns arose when the Telugu Desam Party government proposed relocating to Relli village. Officials warn that shifting locations now would disrupt ongoing work and complicate federal approvals, potentially hindering educational opportunities for tribal students.
