BJP’s Unity Rooted in Ideology, Not Personal Ambitions: Devendra Fadnavis

Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, underscored the unity within the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), attributing its cohesion to a shared commitment to national interests rather than individual aspirations for power. Fadnavis highlighted the BJP’s distinctiveness as the sole national party in Indian history to have remained intact without experiencing internal divisions. Emphasizing the party’s ideological foundation, he credited past and present leaders, including Narendra Modi, for fostering a selfless ethos focused on nation-building.

Fadnavis commended PM Modi’s global leadership and urged BJP cadres to align with his vision for a developed India. Critiquing opposition alliances like the Maha Vikas Aghadi and INDIA bloc, Fadnavis likened their disunity to a train lacking consensus among its constituents. He reaffirmed the BJP’s commitment to its alliance partners in Maharashtra, signaling Shrikant Shinde’s renomination as the Mahayuti candidate, reinforcing the coalition’s solidarity ahead of upcoming elections.
