The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has requested an additional three weeks to submit the scientific survey report for the Gyanvapi mosque in Varanasi.
The survey was concluded nearly a month ago, and the ASI had previously sought extensions, with the most recent request made on November 18 for an additional 15 days, which the court limited to 10 days. The ongoing survey, initiated on August 4, excludes the Wuzukhana area of the mosque, sealed by Supreme Court orders.
