Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s daily routine in Tihar Jail involves meditation, reading books, and practicing yoga in his 14×8 feet cell. According to sources, he dedicates significant time to reading Hindu epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata, along with other literature. Kejriwal’s regimen includes one-and-a-half hours of yoga and meditation both in the morning and evening.
Despite being provided a TV with 20 channels, he reportedly prefers reading and engaging in spiritual practices. While confined, Kejriwal is provided with basic amenities like a table, chair, and electric kettle, adhering to court directives. Security measures prohibit him from interacting with other inmates, with a dedicated security team monitoring his movements round the clock. Despite the circumstances, he receives home-cooked food and tea daily, maintaining a disciplined routine within the confines of the jail.
