Arrests Made in Ennore Youth’s Murder Case

The Ennore police have made significant progress in the investigation of the murder of a 25-year-old youth named Karthik, arresting three individuals in connection with the crime. The victim, an autorickshaw driver, was reported missing last month, prompting a police investigation. Subsequently, his body was discovered concealed in cement blocks near a playground in Annai Sivagami Nagar.

Further inquiry revealed that Karthik was murdered by Karthikeyan, a local daily wager, allegedly due to pressure to engage in a homosexual relationship. Karthikeyan’s two friends were also arrested for their involvement in abetting the crime and failing to report it to the authorities.
