Arrest of Sharpshooters Linked to Dinesh Karala and Jitender Gogi Gang in Delhi

The Delhi Police Crime Branch has successfully apprehended two sharpshooters associated with the Dinesh Karala and Jitender Gogi gang, in connection with an attempted murder and extortion case. The arrested individuals, Kartik (22) and Pardeep (21), residents of Haryana, were involved in a discriminatory firing incident on November 7 in the Om Vihar area of Uttam Nagar.

They targeted the owner of a property dealer, leaving a handwritten letter on the scene directing the victim to meet Dinesh Karala. The letter threatened grave consequences if the meeting did not take place. The shooters fired rounds in the air while escaping, causing panic in the locality.

The arrest follows a specific tip about the shooters planning criminal activities in the Dwarka area. Dinesh Karala, currently incarcerated in Mandoli jail, has taken charge of the gang after the demise of Jitender Gogi, continuing to orchestrate criminal operations from behind bars.
