Deputy Transport Commissioner G.R. Ravindranath and Motor Vehicle Inspector K. As part of a road safety awareness campaign, the Transport Department organized a refresher program for drivers of various institutions at M.V.G.R. College in Vizianagaram.
Mr. Ravindranath urged drivers not to overlook mechanical issues in vehicles, emphasizing the need for regular maintenance. Mr. Ravi Shankar highlighted the importance of college management ensuring proper vehicle maintenance during the summer and obtaining valid fitness certificates before the start of the new academic year. The initiative aims to enhance awareness and adherence to safety standards in student transportation.
