Sukesh Chandrashekhar, an alleged conman incarcerated at Mandoli Jail in Delhi, has lodged a complaint against Assistant Superintendents Kishan Mohan and Pradeep Sharma, accusing them of engaging in corrupt practices within the prison. Chandrashekhar claims that while he was detained at Tihar’s Jail-1, he was extorted for Rs 12 lakh as “jail protection money,” with an additional demand for funds now that Assistant Superintendent Mohan is posted at Jail-11, Mandoli.
He further alleges that Assistant Superintendent Sharma had previously extorted Rs 7.50 lakh. Chandrashekhar asserts that both officers collectively extort more than 15-20 lakh monthly from various inmates and that they own properties in Gurgaon and Alwar worth crores, allegedly acquired through corrupt practices.
He has requested authorities to initiate a thorough investigation into their actions, offering to provide evidence, including WhatsApp conversations and factual events supporting his claims.
