Allegations of Seed Scarcity: Kisan Congress Responds

Kisan Congress vice-president M. Kodanda Reddy accused the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) of spreading falsehoods about seed availability, causing undue tension among farmers. Reddy clarified that the Congress government had meticulously planned for the Vanakalam season, ensuring an adequate supply of cotton and ‘Pachi Rotta’ seeds.

He refuted BRS claims of scarcity and criticized their alleged attempts to mislead farmers through biased media coverage. Additionally, Kisan Congress State chairman Anwesh Reddy criticized BRS leaders K.T. Rama Rao and T. Harish Rao, highlighting increased seed supply compared to previous years under BRS rule.
