Air Hostess Trainee Arrested in Connection with Karni Sena Chief’s Murder

Jaipur Police arrested Pooja Saini, alias Pooja Batra, a woman pursuing an air hostess course, in connection with the murder of Shri Rajput Karni Sena National President Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi. Pooja, based in Kota, and her husband reportedly facilitated shooter Nitin Fauji’s stay in Jaipur, providing weapons and introducing him to associates.

Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph stated that a raid in Jaipur led to Pooja’s arrest, revealing her shared residence with Nitin Fauji for an extended period. Pooja’s husband, Mahendra alias Sameer, a Kota history sheeter, remains at large.

The arrest marks the fifth in the case, with previous detentions including Ramveer, the shooters Nitin Fauji and Rohit Rathore from Chandigarh, and Udham Singh, an accomplice. Investigations into the murder plot continue, focusing on the alleged involvement of the Karni Sena leader’s associates.
