The All India Democratic Students’ Organisation (AIDSO) has demanded a high-level judicial inquiry into the alleged irregularities surrounding this year’s National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET). During a demonstration in Mysuru, AIDSO District Secretary Chandrakala criticized the National Testing Agency (NTA) for awarding grace marks, which they argue violated University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines. The organization highlighted concerns about the uniformity of marks at certain exam centers and allegations of question paper leaks. AIDSO condemned the government’s negligence and the commercialization of the examination system, urging a thorough investigation to restore integrity and ensure accountability in the medical entrance process.
