Aavin Milk Supply Faces Delay in Chennai Amidst Transporter Strike

Residents of several areas in Chennai woke up to the news of potential delays in Aavin milk supply on March 27 morning. According to an early morning press release by Aavin, delays of over an hour were anticipated in localities like Anna Nagar, Villivakkam, Korattur, Mylapore, Ayanavaram, Velachery, Tambaram, and Adyar.

The delay was speculated to be the result of a flash strike by transporters, although the issue was swiftly addressed after negotiations. Despite the challenges, Aavin assured consumers that arrangements were in place to facilitate the delivery of milk packets, urging cooperation from residents during this time.
