1500 kg ganja worth Rs. 12 crore seized in Bengaluru

Karnataka Police have conducted a seizure of 1,500 kg of ganja with an estimated value of Rs 12 crore in Bengaluru. Two individuals, including an MBA graduate from Rajasthan and a BA graduate from Andhra Pradesh, have been arrested in connection with the case.

The prime accused, the MBA graduate, and the second accused got involved in drug peddling to fund a lavish lifestyle. They procured ganja in large quantities from local sources and distributed it across multiple states.

The police’s action has resulted in a significant blow to the illegal drug trade and aims to curb drug-related activities in the region.
