Goa Police have filed a case against 10 individuals for allegedly placing an idol of a goddess on a structure in front of a church in Sancoale, South Goa. The incident, captured in a viral video, occurred on Friday. In the video, the individuals are seen inviting people to seek blessings from the goddess.
The Verna police have initiated an FIR against the accused and are in the process of summoning them for questioning. Following the incident, local residents alerted the police, leading to increased security measures in the area.
