INGREDIENTS:
1/2 CUP – ROLLED OATS
1/2 CUP- ALMONDS
1/2 CUP- PEANUTS
1/4th cup- Flax seeds
1/4th cup- sesame seeds
1/4th cup- pumpkin seeds
1/4th cup sunflower seeds
1/4th cup – chia seeds
1/2 cup- skimmed milk powder.
METHOD TO PREPARE,STORE AND CONSUME:
Firstly, you need to take a pan and dry roast all the ingredients mentioned above leaving the skimmed milk powder.
Secondly, you need to take a mixie jar and grind them well make sure there are no lumps left.
Thirdly, add the skimmed milk powder and give it a good mix. Thus, your hassle free protein powder is ready to be consumed.
Storage:
You can take an empty glass jar and store the powder in it up to 3 months and keep it in refrigerator to increase its shelf life.
CONSUMPTION:
1 scoop (20 grams) of protein powder provides 15-16 gms of protein approx.
You can add this powder in your pancakes, cereal, milk, smoothies, energy bars, laddus, chilla batter etc. and enjoy .
