What is depression?

Depression when we hear from a child, it’s really shocked right! when i saw an ad i also got shocked that a 17-year-old child
explains about depression. I have also a small brother i just search more about it.
I found everyone among 5 almost goes through depression. Data shows that many children’s issues with mental health issue
when we don’t need empty assurance we need a proper medical assistance, less than 1% children get assistance, Children goes through depression,
anxiety, Hallucination and many more mental diseases. Let’s know mental health issue what impact on children’s health,
it directly effects digestive process, in future. 14th November is children’s day and coincidently its world diabetes day.
We need to focus on our child to keep them happy. research shows that there are three main reason is why they are not happy?
number one – unhealthy competition we always compare our children with other, now a days if a someone score 95% then we expect
that our children also can score that. it effects badly on their friendships and create a mental pressure on it.
Instead of that we should focus on their input they just focus on their study not for results, we should stop comparing them as a trophy.
no.2 social media and anxiety. Now a days phones are weapons of mass of destructions, when to read through mobile for online classes
and when to play games in mobile create a confusion in their minds. Dopamine is also known as feel good hormones, social media gives a instant booster
to mind, addiction may harm their minds. number 3 lock down we all know how it effects adult minds, they don’t know how to express their problems to us.
UNICEF has made a tool for parents through which we can easily analyze their feeling. We are social animal right and we need social interaction.
Because mental health issue can’t be seen but it can be felt by a closed one. So, we should think about it.
