The real leaders of the world

It is sad that only a few real leaders of the world are known to us. Most of us would enumerate (count) political leaders, great kings and rulers from napoleon to washington to nehru as real leaders. In reality, however, the real leaders are creative thinkers, inventors and artists. They create beautiful things last for ever. It is ironic that we do not know who first invented fire, who first discovered ways of farming, who first launched a seaworthy boat or who first calculated the length of the year. All these men made the brings which make us civilized happy, the recorded history of mankind remembers some other great leaders who helped our civilization forward. In science , the real leaders have been archimedes , copernicus, galileo, newton, einstein, darwin, pasteur, ary bhatta and score of modern scientist and technologists. Not only in science but in the world of performing arts there have been men who have enriched our world with their creations . Great musicians bach, beethoven, mozart, tansen and baiju bawra among others are names worth mentioning . Who can forget to name such pointers as leonardo da vinci, raphael and van gogh? In literature, the world leaders are dante , kalidas ,shakespeare, james joyce and many more. Their creations have immortalized common human problems and predicaments . Great thinkers and sages like aristotle, socrates , guru nanak dev ji, lord krishna, mahatma buddha, to name a few, showed us new paths and enlightened us on matters of human life, the relation between man, god and nature. Most of the people who were considered as most glorious in the way in the history books are great generals, and soldiers, whereas the people who really helped the community to have a set an example in front of everyone, how a good leaders can change the path, and teach others to be on right path.
