The oats and mango mix cheesecake recipe

Today in this article we will discuss about healthy mango mixed oats cheesecake recipe which is delicious and a break from all your regular diet routine.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO MAKE IT:
RIPE MANGOES: 3 PCS
CHENNA(HUNG CURD): 200 GMS
ROLLED OATS: 100 GMS
SUGAR: 5 TBSP.
BUTTER : 50 GMS.
HONEY: 60 GMS.
LEMON ZEST: 1 TSP.
MANGO JUICE: 50 MILLILITERS
METHOD TO PREPARE IT:
Firstly, you need to peel the mangoes and chop the mangoes into cubes, grind it with chenna , make a smooth paste and transfer into a bowl.
Secondly, Add to the above mixture sugar, honey lemon zest and keep it aside.
Thirdly, take oats and butter in a bowl mix them well add honey again and mix them well. Put them in a square tin and press lightly making sure it is even on the edges. Now, pour the batter on top of the oats and butter mixture and bake it in preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes .
Once its done refrigerate it for 2-3 hours and garnish it with mint leaves and freshly chopped mangoes.
