Studies show that on an average a person should sleep for 7-8 hours in order to maintain whole day freshness and a sound mind and body, however this is not enough the quality of sleep also matters. A good quality sleep is one which makes a person wake up happy and stress free. Today in this article we will discuss steps which contributes towards good sleep.
STEPS TO IMPROVE GOOD SLEEP:
STEP 1- GOING TO BED EARLY.
STEP 2- PURCHASE A GOOD QUALITY MATTRESS.

STEP 3- AVOID EATING RIGHT BEFORE GOING TO BED
STEP 4- LISTEN TO CALM MUSIC OR READ A GOOD BOOK.
STEP 5- ELIMINATE USAGE OF MOBILE PHONES 1 HOUR PRIOR GOING TO BED.
STEP 6- DRINK WARM MILK , IT HELPS IN FALLING ASLEEP.
Last but not the least, try to reduce interaction with anyone before going to bed and focus on the pattern of sleep because many times wrong position of sleeping can also be a reason behind a bad sleep.
