1. Pasta Fusilli-500gms
2. Chopped tomatoes- 1cup
3. Olive oil infused with garlic and butter
4. Tandoori chicken boneless-
5. Chopped Bell Peppers-1 big
6. Chopped onions- 1 medium size
7. Yogurt-20gm
8. Ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
9. Turmeric powder-half tsp
10. Tandoori masala-3tbsp
11. Red chili powder:2tbsp
Firstly, in a vessel add the fusilli pasta add water oil and salt and bring it to a boil till it softens. Boil it for 10-15 minutes.
Secondly, take the boneless chicken and add the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder tandoori masala, red chili powder, yoghurt and salt. Marinate and keep it aside for 2 hours in fridge.
Thirdly, In a saucepan add olive oil, and sauté the chopped onions, tomatoes, bell pepper together for 5 minutes until it is soft. Add the tandoori masala, and salt according to the taste and then add the marinated chicken in the pan with half cup of water. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, add the boiled pasta and give it a good mix. Add seasonings on the top and its done.
