Rava pancakes/chilla

Ingredients:

  • Rava(sooji) – 200grams
  • Gram flour – 100grams
  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Carrot – 1 finely chopped
  • Capsicum – 1/2 chopped
  • Curd – 1 spoon
  • Fresh coriander finely chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cooking oil or olive oil.

Procedure:

In a bowl, mix rava (sooji) and gram flour. Add the curd and mix well with the help of a spoon. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and capsicum to the rava mixture, add salt and finely chopped coriander, and mix it well, now add water and make a medium thick batter.

 

Now, heat the pan and drizzle some oil in it and pour a ladle full of batter in the pan, and spread it all over the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and leave it to cook for around two minutes. Open the lid and flip the pancake and cook for another minute. Take out the pancakes on your favorite plate and enjoy them with yogurt. Try this, and you will surely enjoy it.
