On an average many people chooses ice-cream over kulfis to satisfy their cool dessert carvings as there are less varieties in kulfis available, but not anymore. Today in this article we are going to bring a new delicacy which is equally mouth watering as any other ice-creams. Here is an exciting recipe of Kulfi which has a mixed flavour of rose and topped with falooda making it a must try for everyone.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO PREPARE:
ROSE PETALS- 2 TBSP.
ROSE SYRUP- 6TBSP
GULKAND- 1 TBSP
REDUCED MILK-1 LITRE
CONDENSED MILK- ONE CUP
FALOODA- 1 CUP
ALMONDS CHOPPED -1/4TH CUP.
METHOD TO PREPARE :
Firstly, you will need to heat the reduced in a pan and add condensed milk well and let it simmer for ,2-3 minutes. Lower the flame and cook till its thick.
Secondly, Once the mixture is thick enough add rose petals, gulkand, rose syrup and mix well. Add almonds and again give it a good mix.
Thirdly, add the mixture into a kulfi mould and set it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. In a separate bowl place place falooda add the remaining rose syrup and rose petals and chill in the refrigerator.
Now, after 5-6 hours, take out your kulfis slice them and place in serving bowls, pour falooda mixture on top of it and enjoy!
