Interaction with Ananya’s Management team revealed that their latest fully functional community was handed over in January 2024. As with every community handover, this was marked by a grand two-day function, including a grand kumbabhishegam of the temple, the opening of a clinic with medical staff, fully functional dining with cooking staff, and a massive 54,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a theatre, swimming pool, play area, community hall, salon, spa, and guest rooms.
