The company has forged ahead with success in its vision to make a significant impact on the mental potential of children even during the challenging times of Covid. The company has focused on developing the right skills for children. SIP Academy’s belief has always been to develop programmes ‘Keeping the Child in Mind’ and provide the skills necessary for the child to achieve excellence not only in academics, but also in other walks of life.
The SIP Abacus programme helps students to develop the key skills of concentration, memory and arithmetic ability. This helps students do well not just in Maths but the skills help them to do well in all subjects. Through the Globalart programme, children are able to develop their creativity and acquire the skills to think differently and express their unique ideas. The MiKids programme gives students the confidence of communication through developing their phonic-based English abilities.
The strong SIP Academy Alumni network across the world is a testament to the transformation that the programmes have delivered to the students and the life-long benefits they have acquired in pursuing a bright future.
Mr Dinesh Victor, Managing Director – SIP Academy India said, “The 950 strong SIP Academy learning centres represent a strong network of entrepreneurs who have dedicated their lives to the development of learning skills in students. Coming from backgrounds that had nothing to do with children’s education or running a business, more than 95% of the franchisees are owned by women who have acquired the skills and confidence to run a successful business. A dedicated All-Women team of 5000 Course Instructors are teaching the programmes and ensuring the students are developing their skills”.
“We are deeply committed to environmental sustainability. We have created two Miyawaki forests one in Thiruvallur near Chennai and one in Jalgaon in Maharashtra. We encourage our students to participate in socially conscious programs such as Water Warriors for rainwater harvesting and Respect the Girl Child Programme. Equally important is our commitment to inclusivity, demonstrated by our initiatives like SIP Samatva and SIP Foundation, aimed at reaching economically challenged students”, Mr Dinesh Victor further added.
Such initiatives have developed SIP Academy to be the best Abacus Company in India in terms of making an impact on children, the largest chain of art centres by far and the largest school based English language provider to children.
