Honourable Member of Parliament Dr. Thamizhachi Thangapandian Inaugurates “Department of Reproductive Medicine and Comprehensive Women’s Centre” at GEM Hospital
Chennai, 28th August 2021: Dr. Thamizhachi Thangapandian, Member of Parliament – South Chennai today inaugurated “Department of Reproductive Medicine and Comprehensive Women’s Centre” which is a Speciality Centre for Women led by women team of doctors at GEM Hospital Chennai, in presence of Professor Dr. Parveen Sultana.
Thirumathi Thamizhachi Thangapandian expressed great happiness and appreciated GEM hospital for having dedicated centre for women, and said, “Women are the backbone of every family and it’s important for every woman above 30 yrs to have a complete medical check-up at regular intervals and to consult a doctor if they face any health issues. The effort by GEM Hospital to address this sensitive issue is highly commendable and I strongly believe that they could bring up a change in the society”.
