Chennai, 26th November 2022: Department of Obesity & Metabolic Surgery of GEM Hospital – pioneers in minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic & robotic surgeries) and India’s leading Bariatric Surgical Centre successfully hosted “Obesicon – Reversing Diabesity”, a conference on Obesity & Diabetes in the city.
The Chief Guest, Prof. K.K. Ramalingam, Founder & Chairman – KKR ENT Hospital & Research Institute, Former President – Indian ENT Association, and Founder – Indian Society of Otology, inaugurated the conference in the presence of more than 200 delegates consist of Physicians, Dietitians, Surgeons, Clinical Psychologists, General Practitioners and Endocrinologists from all over the country. The united goal of this all important event was to find various avenues to win the war against Diabesity.
