Piped Water Supply Disruption in South Chennai for Maintenance Work

Certain areas in south Chennai, particularly those under Zones 13, 14, and 15, will experience a temporary disruption in piped water supply. The interruption, from 9 a.m. on October 17 to 9 a.m. on October 18, is due to essential maintenance work scheduled at the Nemmeli desalination plant.

Localities affected by this maintenance work include Thiruvanmiyur, Velachery, Kottur Garden, Palavakkam, and Madipakkam. Residents in these areas are advised to use the “Dial for Water” service for immediate water requirements during this period.
