Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar Accuses Delhi CM and Minister of Flouting Rules in Medical Contracts
Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who is currently incarcerated, has written a letter to the Delhi Lieutenant Governor (L-G) accusing Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and former Health Minister Satyendar Jain of violating rules to award medical contracts to a private firm, Metropolis Laboratory, and Pathology Centers. In the letter, Chandrashekhar alleged that Rs 13 crore was given to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) by a private firm for the Goa elections.
He claimed that the Delhi government under Kejriwal had awarded multiple medical contracts to Metropolis Laboratory and Pathology Centers and that the private firm had provided funds to the party during the Goa elections.
He further alleged that Jain and Kejriwal had personally mentioned the director of Metropolis as a close friend and had coordinated the collection of funds from Mumbai to be sent to Goa and Bengaluru. Chandrashekhar stated that after the funds were delivered, Kejriwal thanked him personally on a FaceTime call.
He urged the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate the matter and expressed willingness to submit evidence of the transactions.
