Man Injects Hormones into Wife’s Body in Bihar to Continue Illicit Relationship with Sister-in-Law

In Bihar’s Bhojpur district, a disturbing case has emerged where a man administered hormonal injections to his wife for almost four years to maintain an illicit relationship with his sister-in-law. The 25-year-old woman’s body underwent abnormal growth due to continuous hormonal injections, causing her to appear way beyond her age and develop facial hair.

The woman’s parents, residing in a village under Brahampur police station in Buxar district, approached the Buxar SP, leading to an FIR being registered at Udwantnagar police station. The woman, married to a man from a village within the Udwant Nagar police station’s jurisdiction in the Bhojpur district in 2018, faced physical abuse from her husband and later endured hormone injections.

The accused further confined her in a relative’s house in Patna’s Bihta block when she attempted to seek help. Her brother, after searching desperately for eight months, managed to rescue her from Bihta and admitted her to PMCH in critical condition.
