Chennai Police will auction the seized vehicles on July 24 at Rajarathinam Stadium
The Greater Chennai Police has announced an upcoming auction of seized cars and two-wheelers, scheduled to take place on July 24 at Rajarathinam Stadium in Egmore. According to a press release, the auction will be conducted in accordance with the Notification of Auction of Motor Vehicles Act.
A total of 66 condemned four-wheelers and 90 two-wheelers will be put up for auction. Prospective bidders are required to register by paying a fee of ₹1,000 at a designated camp to be held at the stadium on July 21 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The auction presents an opportunity for individuals to bid on the vehicles that were seized by the police and have remained in their possession for many years. Interested parties are encouraged to participate and make their bids during the auction event.
