‘Endhiran’ - First Day, First Show Review
Finally, ‘Endhiran’ has arrived and in style. Wait for Superstar fans is over and Rajinikanth has proved why he is the un-disputable Badshah of the film industry. ‘Endhiran’ is a treat for his die-hard fans and common movie-goer alike. Kudos to Shankar and his crew for coming up with a film which, for sure, would position our film industry in world stage in terms of technical excellence.
‘Endhiran’ is different from Rajni’s typical mass-oriented movies - no title song, no grand introduction and of course, no punch dialogues but yet riveting, all the way. The movie starts with making of Robot by scientist Vaseegaran for use in military activities. This sets the tone for the film. The developments thereafter and the consequences form the rest of the movie, told with all the entertaining elements in right dosage.
Aishwarya Rai is ravishing and her introductory scene which vibrates with charm and beauty needs special mention.
The making of robot by Vaseegaran and his romance with Aishwarya are thoroughly enjoyable. ‘Kadhal Anukkal’ song with guitar-handed Super Star with the beauty queen is a visual treat for our eyes; Randy’s excellent camera work making sure the song has all right hues and colors.
From the time the film was launched, it was claimed ‘Endhiran’ will be a SFX extravaganza. True to the hype, Shankar’s dream project lives up to the expectations, especially in the second half of the movie. Tamil film industry can proudly lift their collar up for coming up with such a quality project.
Sun Pictures’ significance in the outcome of the movie is obvious in every frame and the group needs special applause for making the dream come true.

Get ready folks!.
