Marina at 1100 hrs.
Marina talks about the people who depend on the beach and its visitors for their daily bread and butter, their happiness, sorrow and dreams and Pandiraj has scripted his tale around these lives. An orphan, he resolves to work in the shores and starts selling sundal. His circle expands. After enmity, he wins the hearts of children working in the beach. They live life their own way. An old man (Sundararajan) and postman (Jithan Mohan) turn friends for these children. Also parallel a love story between Senthilnathan (Sivakarthikeyan) and Sopana Sundari (Oviya) is narrated. The beach provides the common link between the two stories. There are twists and turns. But the movie harps on a strong message that the child laborers should be given a formal education for a better tomorrow. The movie starring Sivakarthikeyan, Oviya, Pakoda Pandiyarajan, Sundarrajan, Jithan Mohan, directed by Pandiarajan and music by Girish.

A critically acclaimed film, directed by Balaji Sakthivel who earlier gave us the stunning "Kaadhal". The movie starring - Sri, Urmila Mahanta, Mithun Murali, Minisha Yadav, Muthuraman. Velu (Sri), a worker at a street-side food shop, falls in love with Jothi (Urmila), who works as a maid at Arthi's (Manisha) house. Meanwhile, Dinesh (Mithun), the school-going son of a minister's concubine, is trying hard to charm Arthi. What happens when Arthi comes to know of his ulterior motive, and how does this affect the lives of Velu and Jothi?
