The other much awaited movie this Diwali apart from ‘Podaa Podi’ and ‘Thuppakki’ is the Shanthanu starrer ‘Ammavin Kaipesi’ . Shanthanu Bhagyaraj stated the following on his twitter page.

“just watched Ammavin kaipesi.. shudnt be gabbing about my own film, but its def a treat for the ladies and families... pls do support :)”

The project is the brain child of Thangar Bachan (Who has filled in the role of the director, cinematographer and written the script) and star’s Iniya as the love interest opposite Shanthanu. The movie showcases music from the debutant music director Rohit Kulkarni. Kishore Te is credited for editing the movie. The movie is produced by Thankar Thiraikalam Maxpro Entertainers.
