After 'Padaiyappa', Ramya all set to dazzle in 'Aarumugam'
Bharath, who hasn't had a big hit in the past couple of years, has a big film on the cards in 'Arumugam' directed by Suresh Krissna, who earlier directed Rajni's superhit movies 'Baadsha' and 'Annamalai' in the nineties. The sizzler Priyamani is paired opposite Bharath in the film in which Ramya Krishnan plays a pivotal role. Ramya's character is said to be the highlight of the film.

In her own words, Ramya admits that after 'Padaiyappa' which released in the late nineties, she felt the satisfaction as an actress in her role only in 'Arumugam'. The script is reportedly about the clashes between Bharath, who plays an idli vendor and Ramya, who plays an arrogant industrialist. Suresh, however, had his own apprehensions as to whether the audience would like the clash between Bharath and Ramya like they enjoyed her clash with superstar Rajni in 'Padaiyappa'.

To test the waters, Suresh reportedly screened the film to four persons, who were not at all connected with the film industry and were rank outsiders. The quartet liked the film very much and in particular, appreciated the clash between Bharath and Ramya. This has made Suresh an extremely happy person. As far as Bharath is concerned, 'Aarumugam' would be a 'different' action film as compared to his earlier 'Pazhani'.
Let's wait to check his version in a week's time from now!
