'Onbadhula Guru', the upcoming comedy film starring Vinay, Premgi Amaren, Sathyan and Jagan in the lead roles, had it's rumours that Shriya will be starring in the film. However the actress has denied the reports.

A visibly upset Shirya says, "I don’t understand where these reports have come from, but I haven’t eard any such script nor signed any Tamil film. Presently working for Kannada/Tamil bilingual Chandra and will be doing a Tamil and a Hindi film soon. Wish people would correct.”

Onbadhula Guru is being directed by P T Selvakumar and will have music by K. Na.Muthukumar and Madhan Karky are looking after the lyrics department.
