'Amul Ungalil Yaar Adutha Prabhu Dheva', the hunt for the best dancer is all set to launch from August 21, 2008, Thursday & Friday 9pm on Vijay TV.

This dance reality show providing a great platform for those above 16 years to showcase their dancing talents which will be judged by India's leading choreographer - Prabhu Dheva.



The first level of ground auditions took place in Trichy, Coimbatore and Madurai. The next set of auditions took place in Chennai on August 16, 2008.

Chennai auditions saw a huge response and out of the 1500 dancers, 280 were selected from the Day 1 auditions. Choreographer Sridhar along with a surprise guest from the film fraternity will be choosing the final faces from the Chennai zone.

The short-listed dancers would be given exposure on different dance forms as they clear one stage after the other and only the hottest pair of dancing feet will win the title and prize money of Rs 10 lakh.

Big celebrity judges from the film industry and popular choreographers from various dance schools across Chennai are roped in to judge the selected performers' from different zones.

Kalakapovadhu Yaaru fame, Ramya hosts the show and it is all set for its grand opening from August 21, 2008, Thursday & Friday, 9pm on Vijay TV.
