It is said that ‘action king’ Arjun badly wants to pair up opposite the ‘hot and happening’ Nayantara in at lease one film. The fascination could not only be because of the latter’s oozing sex appeal but also could be because Arjun might just want to prove a point or two to his detractors who ‘accuse’ him of not pairing up against leading heroines.

Nayantara was reported demanding Rs.2 crore to star opposite Arjun. Shocked at the amount demanded, Arjun reportedly had told his producer to drop the idea and to look for some other heroine. Arjun is said to be planning to star opposite one of the leading young heroines in his next film.

His close circle has already started sending feelers to the likes of Trisha, Ileana and Tamanna. Meanwhile, director Perarasu has scotched rumours that he and Arjun were not exactly seeing eye-to-eye on many issues. Instead, Perarasu has reportedly praised Arjun for his ‘hard work’ and ‘sincerity’ and says that the film would surely prove to be a hit at lease for Arjun’s hard work, if not for anything else.
