Sunaina, who debuted successfully in one of the huge hits of the year in 'Kadhalil Vizhundhaen', has signed up to play the lead role in 'Masilamani', again with Nakul, the hero of her first film. The repeat cast of the successful pair has already raised expectation in the industry about what 'Masilamani' might offer to the viewers.

When director Manohar approached Sunaina to tell her that she might need to learn Bharatnatyam to prepare herself for her role in 'Masilamani', he was in for a pleasant surprise when she revealed to him that she was a trained bharatnatyam dancer. As per the story, Nakul falls for her dancing prowess and develops a liking towards her and the rest of the film is about how he manages to win her over.

She has also been signed up to star in 'Yaadhumagi', to be produced by Chozha Creations, which would be an intriguing love story between two divergent-minded individuals. She is also set to play Ajmal's lead in 'Kadhirvel'. As she is quite busy in Tamil, she has said 'no' to Telugu films for the time being.
