Mayandi Kudumbathar unites a family

The film 'Mayandi Kudumbathar', directed by Rasu Mathuravan and starring director Tarun Gopi in lead role, released a couple of months back and is still running in some cinema halls. Mathuravan can't help raving about a particular incident related to the film. ]

Mayandi Kudumbathar

A guy named Murugan hailing from Vellore had been out-of-bounds with his brothers for the past many years. After he saw the film 'Mayandi…' (which deals with the bonds between brothers), he decided to put away his hatred towards his brothers and has reportedly reunited with them. The re-united brothers had celebrated their reunion by hosting a huge celebration at the temple of their traditional God.

All these celebrations had been shot on video and sent to Madhuravan with a note. Not stopping at this, the brothers had also placed an advertisement in a leading vernacular daily that all the people should 'without fail' watch the movie at their 'own expenses'. The advertisement clipping was also sent to Madhuravan. Whosoever visits Madhuravan nowadays can't escape without watching the video!
