The smoke had been out for quite some time and the cat has finally come out of the bag. Once, there was a strong rumour earlier doing rounds that director Selvaraghavan was madly in love with Andrea Jermiah (part of his 'Aayirathil Oruvan') and that his actress-wife Sonia Aggarwal, who once visited him on the sets, had slapped Andrea for attempting to 'take away her husband'.

After months of speculation in the media about their 'stormy' relationship, both Selvaraghavan and Sonia Aggarwal have now decided to part ways with each other legally.

Selvaa and Sonia have separately filed for divorce at the Family Court in Chennai. As the divorce is sought by both the parties and both are adamant in 'getting away' from each other, the divorce is expected to be a smooth and brief affair. As it happens most of the times, superstar Rajnikanth's name is also referred to randomly in this episode.

Unconfirmed reports say that Rajni tried to mediate in the marital problems between the couple but couldn't succeed.
