The beautiful Mamta Mohandass, last seen in 'Sivappadhikaram' with Vishal, has been cast opposite Madhavan in 'Guru En Aalu', produced by KRG's K.R.G. Movies International. The film is directed by Selva, who will be directing Madhavan for the first time.

'Guru En Aalu' is a take-off of the Bollywood blockbuster 'Yes Boss' that released in late-nineties and starred the inimitable Shah Rukh Khan and the chirpy Juhi Chawla in lead roles.



The gripping story is like this: Guru (Madhavan) is in love with his colleague Seema (Mamta Mohandass) whereas Seema has an eye on Krishna (Abbas), their boss in the Company. A busy Krishna entrusts Guru with the job of giving gifts and sweets to Seema on her birthday on his behalf. Guru delivers them and Seema accepts them gleefully.

How Guru finally wins the heart of Seema forms the rest of the story. A duet featuring the lead pair was recently shot in the scenic locations of Switzerland. Others in the film include Brinda Parekh, Viveck, M.S. Baskar, Mayilsamy, 'Sivaji' Raja, Sona, Renuka, Arthi and 'Poovilangu' Mohan.

L. Venkatesan is writing the dialogues and U.K. Senthilkumar is in charge of cinematography. Srikanth Deva is the music director while V.T. Vijayan is the editor.
