Worst staff. Never buy anything from this shop in OMR. I bought an AC shop staff told a price and once i decided to buy and asked for billing the price was 2000 rs more . Then i had to call the manager and get it resolved ( said billing staff dont know about the offer price ) !!! Delivery was made but the stabilizer i bought was not delivered. Said out of stock. They bought the bill from me saying the delivery is done... but stabilizer!!! ( its going to be one week i have no clue when the stabilizer will arrive ) No response if called on the landlines of the shop . Horrible .. worst ezone branch i ever seen.

We have bought whirlpool a refrigerator from Ezone its just 8 months, have some problem with the refriegeration, even after raising the complaint no proper respone frm ezne staff neither from whirlpool service center. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.On top the ph calls made to ezone perungud center are not attained.i can never suggest this shop for any one.

I am user from Chennai. I ordered a Sony 32 inches LED TV on Sunday in Ezone Perungudi (18th July 2010). Problem No.1 I was promised delivery on 19th July 2010 between 4-5pm. However I did not get it till 9 PM. Later when I called them they said they will delivery between 11 & 11:30 on 20th July 2010 (Today). I did not get it till 14:30. I called up by 14:35 then a third promise was made to deliver at 15:30. Finally I got the delivery at 16:00. Problem 2: I required delivery at a different place and address than the billing address. Despite written instructions, the package was delivered to my billing address. Explanation given was that there was a theft of Home Theatre at the said location and hence the head office has instructed to stop delivery till further instruction. As a customer, I am very very upset with the goof up. I wanted this to be delivered as a gift to my beloved Guru on the ocassion of his daughter's bday. But EZONE totally mess up with my bday gift. All, The shop concept is nice and mirrors the west. But customer service and value on customer sucks here. Starting from the store manager, down to the janitor, all are rude. Please share your customer service exp as well. Consumer voice needs to be heard. Happy shopping.

Really pathetic experience after buying couple of products like M/W Oven and VideoCon 1 Ton Split AC. No customer support after the price is credited to them. Even after 1 month of buying the ac , I am still waiting for installation and for M/W nobody came for demo even after 3 months. They are having their number only for show case. No body picks up the phone even they pick up by any chance,they are not being able to understand the problem and simply say ok to all your complaints and puts the phone down saying I shall call you back. But that never happens.

very very poor cuctomer service....We booked a samsung washing machine on tuesday and payment was also done....But they delivered the item on sunday...Dont know when they will come for installation...How many times we call irresponsible reply they give....Very very very poor customer service.

eZone in T Nagar is very bad in Customer Service. They promised to deliver in two days but yet the LG tv I ordered it yet to arrive (after 7 days). They seem to think we will be waiting to welcome the product with a Aarti and a Garland (may be even an Elephant waiting for them to arrive- OH i forgot even a band). I think the Future group has a lot to learn on the distribution front. Customer service is the whole experince, not just talk in the store. The back end needs training badly, they have no clue in doing things in a process oriented manner - apparent because there seem to no hadn off s between the various inks. They could benefit immensely with a little bit of six sigma training.(not a whole lot after all six sigma is nothing but common sense). Would be glad to help

do not purchase anything from Ezone. They slaes guys do not have any technical details of the products which they are selling. Last week we have purchased LG 1.5 ton AC which will run a single stabilizor which is a free of cost with AC machine. once they installed the AC, AC is not running for 2 mintues because of low voltage. they dont know about how many parts are in side. they have missed copper tunes while deliverying, AC technitians identified and we immediately called and update them After that they have sent it.

Poor customer service!!! We ordered LG split AC on 26-Jan-2010 and clearly told them to make arrangements for Saturday (30th Jan) installation, as I and my wife both go out for work on weekdays. They didn't stick to what they promised. Nothing worked even after calling them multiple times

Once the sale was done there was absolutely no corresspondance from them, I had to call them about 20 times to get the delivery. This is for the ezone store at OMR Chennai.

I am highly disappointed with eZone. I had placed an order for LG 29 inch TV.. We overheard one staff that the display peice was the last..so we had noted down the display piece's serial number when placing the order and told them we wont take the display piece..They took the money and promised to deliver a fresh product in 2 days..Finally they call and say that they have only the display piece after 2 weeks!!! I had to go to the shop n get the bill cancelled!

please do not purchase in E-zone, Kandanchavadi... I am made to wait ,call and visit the showroom for 4 days after booking my samsung lcd tv.there is no coordination between the delvery and stores.. They never give you the gifts that they promise during delivery.. They promise to call you after a week, you must go and collect that gift..E-ZONE is simply VERY VERy VERY CONSUMER UNFRIENDLY...Go for some other dealer...

Hi, I have bad experiance with E-zone, I have purchased While pool Fridze & Onida TV on 28 th of Friday and they promissed to Deliver on sunday,30th evening at 4.00 PM then we keep on waiting and at last after somany calls & Quarrel with them we got arround 11.30PM.E-noze people were not given gift as per the agreed ( Trolly bag) I came to know that many cutomers had affected like this.Dear customers kindly look other alternative instead ov e-zone

Commitment is the last word known to Ezone. Yesterday I booked a LCD TV (Samsung 32") and was confirmed delivery today by evening. We were waiting for the delivery but when did not recv. the material even after 7:00 pm asked the sales executive regarding the delivery. He confirmed that the goods have left and should be arriving in next 30 minutes. But as even after 9:00 pm when the goods did not arrive I contacted the Sales executive again who gave me the Lorry drivers no. The driver informed that he will deliver before 10:00 pm. When contacted at 10:30 he informed he is 20 minutes away and will reach. But till now even after 11:00 pm there is no sign of delivery. This is the second time happening to me. Hence be warned if you do not get your goods on payment or delivery along with you, there is no guarantee of delivery time.

Angry, Anguish, Agony .you call it any way. But this is what I was left with after purchasing a HP Compaq Note book PC from eZone (Kandhanchavadi, Chennai). Yes ! they sold a defective piece. When I went back to ezone after nearly 5 days they gave an irresponsible answer stating they won’t take their product back once they sell it nor replace it with a good one as it is only a retail point. Now I am loitering between the HP service centre and Home. The worst part is that,even HP is not ready to take responsibility and replace it. Having put in so much money and unable to make use the product is something many Indians face. Even Big companies and Big retailer think small! Unless they have empathy on customers they can’t succeed in their business.

Shopping at ezone at Perungudi is a great experience.Why shop at such cramped up places like viveks or jainsons.Further the prices are certainly lower.All the LCd tvs are switched on at all times anh there are about 30 of them.LCd tv buyers must buy only from here

We have purchased a new 21" KORYO TV in E-Zone. From the day one we are facing problems with T.V Eventhough, we have made 'n' number of calls to the service personals we don't receive any feedbacks from E-Zone. This is not the proper way to react we are expecting immediate solution/response from E-Zone side. Otherwise things will be treated Seriously.

I had booked LG refregerator model GL195NM4 on 14th April 2009 at E-Zone Stores at Kandanchavadi and have paid the full money in advance. I was assured the delivery of the refregerator on 18th April 2009. However , till date E-Zone have not delivered the refreigerator. E-Zone Home zone Manager Mr. Dillip gave some vague execuses telling while booking they had this product in warehouse and later they found it is defective . Hence , not able to deliver. Later on they have told that LG have stopped this model and suggesting to go in for next model . This shows how a store like E-Zone take people on ride and haras people after booking the appliance and taking full money in advance and play with people . We never expected this kind services from a stores like E-Zone . It is disgusting and hence want to alert people that they should be careful while booking any appliances in E-Zone store.

Hi, I went to e-zone,Kandhanchawadi,Chennai for purchasing TV.I've selected TV brand and paid the money then I was asked to wait next 19 hours for home delivery because of their own auto-driver was not available.I asked manager that I would arrange own auto please give me the selected brand TV since my home is behind e-Zone shop also I would take care of delivery charge.But he didn't worry about customer expectation,only he was concentrating on his own auto driver's arrival[Even the stock was available].Finally let him choice. TV had not come to home after 24 hours then we went to shop and asked the reason.Again he was telling the same reason that the auto driver had gone to Alwarpet so please wait for some time otherwise I would call you.("What would be your decision after that") * Is it valid reason? * Is Manager expecting or believing the sales from their own auto-driver?. * Is it customer satisfaction? or is it timely delivery? FYI:I came to know that many cutomers had affected like this.I noticed when I was paying money for selected brand TV. --Idhuvallava.. customer satisfaction in this competetive world--
