Our service crew addresses the headaches people face regularly in getting quality services to manage their homes and lives, a lot better. For example, getting a good, dependable and honest carpenter or electrician seem an insurmountable problem, often enough.

Our service crew was founded in the year 2000 and catered to serving the needs of the employees working in large corporate organizations through Employee Loyalty Programme. About 200 services were offered to them. The primary needs of the employees related to paying bills, getting travel tickets, or tickets for movies.

Technology has taken over and made obsolete services like getting travel tickets, paying bills or booking a movie ticket which were the need of the hour when we started our business.

Over the last few years our focus has been on providing a few select services related to the pressing needs of the individual – House Keeping, Maintenance, Realty, Travel & Tours and Staffing Solutions. To ensure the quality of each of these services developed, we have managers for each of these functions. Their mandate is to keep the eye on the ball and develop services that would provide quality and delight to customers.

And that is what Our service crew is all about – an offering of critical services that customers actually need.

We have also nurtured a medium of communication with our customers through a weekly bulletin - Chennai This Weekend. Started in the year 2002, CTW informs customers every Thursday about events, entertainment and new service initiatives at Our service crew.
