Nadiya, who is making waves on her comeback, doesn't opt to stay in luxury hotels like Green Park or Park while shooting in Chennai. Nadiya has her own preferred hotel in 'Sai's Rain Tree', a compact set-up situated at the backside of Adyar Gate Hotel. No doubt, Nadiya marks her hotel bills to her producer for payment, as most actresses do; but she insists on staying in this particular hotel.
She is right now doing the lead role of a teacher teaching the mentally challenged children in her next film 'Pattalam', produced by director Lingusamy. She has completed two-thirds of shooting for the film and after the remaining schedule is over, would be flying back to Mumbai again, which has been her home nowadays.
Nadiya is turning down more than offers than she is accepting, mainly due to her policy of 'one film at a time'. She is determined to complete 'Pattalam' first before agreeing to do another film.
