Pratyahara
Sage Yajnavalkya continues:
“Inhaling the air through both the Nadi-s hold the breath at the side of Kundalini.

 This will remove the disease of birth and death.  When the breath is held at the ‘heart’ one reaches the highest. All diseases of either internal or external are removed.  When the breath is held in-between the eye brows one’s mind is rested and merges with the Soul.”

Whether it is health or emancipation, Pratyahara has an important role.
Pratyahara involves proper breath and focus on important parts of the body
When focus is on Chakras they confer benefits of removal of impurities and thus healing and reaching higher states of mind.
