Vegnation, the fine dining vegetarian restaurant from CavinKare is inviting the city’s vegetarians to a Christmas feast fit for a king this weekend. The exclusive lunch and dinner buffet, at both its Gemini and LB Road outlets, features more than 64 vegetarian items and is an un-ending spread of North and South Indian delights as well as Chinese and Continental dishes.

 The buffet will have a choice of 5 kinds of soups, a mix of Indian and Chinese starters including Tandoori nuggets, Cauliflower Jodhpuri, vegetable Shammi Kabab, Mushroom Dumplings and Schezwan veggies followed by a host of tasty curries like Lucknowi paneer, Malai and Nargisi kofta curries, Kung Pao veg, Corn Augratin and Mushroom in Cheese sauce, and South Indian treats like Yam roast, vazhai thandu poriyal, paruppurundai kuzhambu and Chettinad vegetable.

There is also an amazing list of rice and roti offerings including Subz Dum Biryani, Chettinad and Hyderabad Dum veg Biryani. If one is not already full, the buffet ends with delicious traditional desserts as well as ice cream and Christmas plum cake. Vegnation will also be serving a first of its kind ‘Vegetable Shawarma’ at the Gemini outlet which will be part of the Christmas buffet, priced at Rs.400.
